After my trip to the doctors last night I really do need to make some changes in my life. I really need to start focusing on myself and not others. I have always been the person that helps people and is always there but this means i have put my life on hold for far to long.

For the uninitiated, Plan B started off singing depressing rap songs while rudimentarily strumming away at an acoustic guitar. Then, for whatever reason, he decided that this wasn’t his path to widespread acclaim, stopped swearing quite so much and made an embarrassing album of Amy Winehouse-esque show tunes which alienated his core fan-base but warmed the hearts of Middle England....
